What this website collects

When you submit the service-request form, this website collects the information you enter: name, phone number, optional email, property city or ZIP, service and property details, timeline, and any message. The form also records the page you submitted from, the page you first landed on, your referrer, campaign parameters if present in the URL, your browser's user-agent string, and the version of the consent language you agreed to.

When you call the phone number on this site, the call may be routed through a call-tracking number so that requests from this website can be identified. Standard call metadata (your number, time, and duration) is processed by the call-tracking service. Calls are not recorded by this website.

How request data is used and shared

Service requests exist to be shared: with your consent, your request may be provided to one or more third-party service providers so they can contact you about the work you described. Providers use your information under their own privacy practices once they receive it. This website does not sell your information or share it for unrelated advertising.

Analytics and cookies

This site uses analytics tools to understand page usage (pages viewed, approximate location from IP, device type). Analytics events never include your name, phone number, email, or message content.

The site itself sets no marketing cookies. Session-level attribution (which page you landed on, campaign parameters) is kept in your browser's sessionStorage and clears when the browser session ends.

Security and retention

Requests are stored in an access-controlled database. Rate-limiting records use a one-way hash of your IP address rather than the address itself. Request records are retained while relevant to serving the request and for reasonable business records; you may ask that your request be deleted.

• You can ask what information this website holds about your request, ask for a correction, or ask for deletion via the contact page.
• Once a provider has your request, deletion requests for the provider's copy go to the provider under its own policy.

Changes to this policy

Material changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date. The consent language shown at submission is versioned, and the version you agreed to is stored with your request.
