D03 · Drain-tile suction radon system

ALT TEXT
Labeled basement diagram showing a radon vent connected to perimeter drain tile, with fan, pressure indicator, and outdoor discharge.

LONG DESCRIPTION
A basement cross-section shows soil gas entering an existing perimeter drain-tile or perforated drainage path. A connected vent riser and fan draw air from that collection path and discharge it outdoors. The drawing does not establish that a particular drainage network communicates adequately or show drainage and flood-control design.
